Missions

"Having received His Grace, we endeavor to live in the way He teaches us."

At Lake Osborne Presbyterian Church PCA, we are very serious with our time, our prayer, and our monetary gifts when it comes to evangelism and world missions ...

After the Resurrection, just as He was about to ascend into Heaven, Jesus said: "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples: baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember! I will be with you always, to the end of the age."(Matthew 28:18-20)

And in Mark 16:15-16; "Go to the whole world and preach the gospel to all mankind. Whoever believes
and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not
believe will be condemned."

Again in Luke 24:46-47; Christ said to his disciples, "This is what is written, that the Messiah must suffer, and rise from death on the third day, and that in His name the message about repentance and the
forgiveness of sins must be preached to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And I Myself will send upon you what my Father has promised."

Short Term Missions

Then there are those who have the ability to make short trips to the field supporting our missionaries labors, we have groups who from time to time make special missions trips. In 2004, and 2006 various people went to the Ecuador station in Quito to do special chores for our missionaries. Some of the photos of these trips can be viewed as follows. Click here.

Additionally, as a result of Dr. Roff's commitment and successful delivery of an organ to a church in Odessa, Ukraine, on some of his many trips he has escorted various people to celebrate Christ's gifts to us with their congregation. The photos of these trips can be viewed as follows. Click here.
